Egg Farmers of Canada is a national organization that represents Canada’s more than 1,270 regulated egg farmers

Dietitians can now order printed copies of our nutrition resources. All resources are available in EN and FR and have been developed by the dietitians at Egg Farmers of Canada in partnership with dietitians and physicians in our community. https://healthcare.eggs.ca/resources/ 

The Canadian Sugar Institute Nutrition Information Centre aims to gather and share up-to-date research and evidence-based information about sugars, nutrition, and health. To accomplish this, the Nutrition Information Centre:

  • Collects and disseminates current research findings using peer-reviewed scientific evidence; 
  • Develops and updates print and digital communications reflecting the highest level of evidence; 
  • Applies principles in knowledge translation to improve the effectiveness of CSI’s communications; and 
  • Cooperates with allied academic and health professional groups in research, education, and communications. 

The Nutrition Information Centre is managed by registered dietitians and nutrition researchers, and is guided by a Scientific Advisory Council.
