Megan Di Emanuele is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University. Megan has worked in finance for 25 years, specializing in Tax for most of her professional career. Megan became a CA at a small firm in Peel reviewing financial statements and budgets for Charities and Owner-Managers, and now manages tax for a Global Asset Manager.
Megan became personally interested in nutrition as a mom of 2, both of whom had specific dietary needs, and remains diligent about nutrition, having developed food sensitivities herself in midlife. Megan loves to cook and has learned a lot about cooking gluten-free, lactose-free and with healthy alternatives (chia seeds, buckwheat flour and maple syrup are personal favourites). Megan is passionate about nutrition and believes all Canadians deserve access to information on nutrition and healthy eating.
