Our Board

Nikki Webb is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator practicing at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. She holds a BSc and MSc in Food and Human Nutritional Sciences from the University of Manitoba. She has a passion for collaborative and equity-informed health research and is committed to transforming complex challenges into practical public health solutions. Nikki is leveraging primary and secondary data, including administrative records, to investigate the critical intersection of food and nutrition security among Manitoba youth for her doctoral research. She aims to advise on provincial policy and program reform to support equitable access to food and nutrition. Her other research interests include advancing inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) in nutrition research and practice, as well as supporting practitioners who work with transgender and gender-diverse clients. Nikki is a member of Dietitians of Canada and the College of Dietitians of Manitoba, and an advocate with Diabetes Canada. In her spare time, you can find her at the curling rink and enjoying the outdoors.
